Pikamilon, GABA, and Sodium
Oxybutyrate on Physical Capacity and Processes of Rehabilitation

Pikamilon was applied for treatment of 36 patients with consequences of insultus of various degree of gravity. The distinct therapeutic effect was observed in 25 patients, i.e. in 70% of the cases.
It is presumed that pikamilon can be used in the complex of regenerative therapy as the combined neurotrophic and vascular drug with the mild tranquillizing and antidepressive
effecte. Pikamilon is especially recommended when the change of an emotionally
voltitional sphere take place (by a damage of the right cerebral hemisphere).
