The Results of Pikamilon Therapy
in Patients with Hemicrania

Abstract
Efficiency of pikamilon in patients with hemicrania was studied.
Indications for pikamilon application in response to the clinical form of hemicrania and to the course of disease were defined more exactly.
It has been established that pikamilon has a pronounced effect on painful hemicrania access both decreasing its intensity and mitigating or absolute ceasing of accompanying symptoms.
Pikamilon is most effective for simple forms of hemicrania with preferential
left sided topoalgia in patients without pronounced depressive hypochondria.
